Executive Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Denver, CO

 A leading venture capital firm making equity investments in transformative
technology for the energy sector. A sixteen year track record of successful investments in
energy technology companies. A collaborative, team-oriented office, composed of
dedicated professionals and support personnel. Seeking exceptional individuals with
the background, motivation and drive to help take our investment firm to the next level.

 Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter who enjoys working in a small, collaborative
environment. The position entails performing general executive assistant and office manager duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Manage the office including office supplies, equipment maintenance and repair, office

·       upkeep, mail/deliveries, 3rd party relationships (e.g. building management, etc.).

·       Manage the IT environment and 3rd party IT support firm (e.g. recurring maintenance and

·       support, issue tracking and resolution, etc.).

·       Provide executive support to a few selected professionals with phones, planning, travel,

·       expenses, etc.

·       Assist with routine administrative functions.

·       Various special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

·       The knowledge, skills and/or abilities needed are:

·       7-10 years executive assistant / office manager work experience.

·       A general understanding of office management.

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook are

·       critical; experience with PowerPoint and Access are preferred, but not required.

·       Strong interpersonal skills, a quick learner and detail oriented.

·       College education preferred.

Other

·       Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (generally).

·       Business casual dress.
