JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Cold-call and warm-call hotels and motels in a geographic territory to identify the decision maker, what is being purchased next and when they are making the purchase.Influence the sales process with aggressive qualification, product knowledge, diligent follow up, innovative solutions and superior closing skills.With an entrepreneurial spirit, manage all aspects of a sales territory including time management, strategies, proposals, and negotiations and maintaining a database.Build a strong, thriving territory of both prospects and repeat customers that will generate a lucrative income opportunity.Work effectively with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and a CRM database.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
2-3 Years of prior sales knowledge along with a solid exposure to negotiating contract terms and pricing.
